Fees & insurance
Questions people ask before booking.
Do you take my insurance?
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State and fully credentialed as an out-of-network provider for most plans. I don't bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I provide a superbill at the end of each month that you send to your insurer for reimbursement.
What does it cost out of pocket?
A 60-minute session is $210; a five-session package is $1,000. Sliding scale, pay-as-you-wish and value-based honorarium are available in some cases – please ask.
How can I pay?
Card (through Stripe), Venmo, or cash.
Do you work in other languages?
Yes – sessions are offered in English and Polish.
Is therapy or coaching right for me?
Both help people know themselves better, heal from the past, get support through difficult times and begin to create the life they want. The process takes time, patience and perseverance, and it is a co-creation: I can guide you as far as you are ready to go. The free consultation is the easiest way to find out.
What happens on the free call?
Twenty minutes by video or phone. You tell me what's bringing you here, I tell you how I work, and we talk about whether therapy or coaching makes more sense for you. There are no intake forms before the call and no obligation after it.
Or send a note.
